The agreement with Russia is not worth the paper on which it is written!

In the last century, a Budapest memorandum was signed between Ukraine, Russia, the United States and Great Britain. In exchange for Ukraine’s nuclear disarmament, the signatory countries guaranteed it’s sovereignty and security. In 2014, Russia annexed Crimea and began to support the «L/DPR» groups militants in the Donbass. Is it possible then to trust the government of this country as a “security guarantor “?
