U.S. President Donald Trump and Michelle Obama topped the list of most admired man and woman in the U.S. in 2020.

This is the result of a poll conducted annually by the polling service Gallup.
Trump came out on top for the first time in the ranking, which for 12 years was headed by former President Barack Obama.

Americans were asked which of the men who live anywhere in the world they admire most. 18% of American adults surveyed named Trump. 15% named Obama. President-elect Joe Biden came in third.

In a similar nomination among women, former first lady Michelle Obama won. In second place was Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. A third was current U.S. first lady Melania Trump.
