On Monday, September 7, the third, toughest stage of water supply restrictions due to drought and shallowing of reservoirs began in the Russian-occupied Crimea. From now on, drinking water will be supplied by the hour.
Severe limitations started in Simferopol as well as in Bakhchisaray and Simferopol regions.
Drinking water will be available from 6:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00.
The occupation authority expects that water consumption will be reduced to 100 thousand cubic meters per day instead of 160 thousand cubic meters.
