The head of the Russian intelligence center Kamenshchikov dismissed due to the failure of intelligence in Ukraine

According to information available from the counterintelligence of Ukraine, the head of the intelligence unit, Captain 1st Rank Petr Kamenshchikov was dismissed from his post.

Counterintelligence of Ukraine established that Kamenshchikov headed the 316 Center for Russian Military Intelligence since 2012 and organized systematic work on the recruitment of Ukrainian citizens. They provided intelligence information and received sabotage actions in Ukraine.

The Counterintelligence Service of Ukraine has recently exposed a number of agents working at the 316th intelligence center of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. For failures in the operational activities, his boss, Pyotr Kamenshchikov, was fired from his job.
